Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping
The prices listed herein are all expressed in Euros. This prices include the applicable rate of VAT .This prices do not include packing, shipping, and any other fees. We will inform you of packing and shipping fees on request, and gain your approval before processing your order. We highly recommend shipping with insurance and tracking number. However we cannot be held responsible for any damage, trouble or issue concerning the shipping. The shipping and packing cost will be paid by the buyer. |

e-Store Guarantee
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ceramic purchase, it can be returned for a full refund (minus shipping charges back to us). This policy is good for seven days after receipt of the work.
Payment
We accept Paypal, as well as payment via Bank Transfer (Euros), and Euro personal checks on French banks only. All the fees concerning the payment will be paid by the buyer, including the banking fees. The payment received should be in line with the net value of the invoice.
Retention of title
The ordered goods remain the property of ceramour.com until they have been paid for in full.
The conclusion of the purchase contract means that the buyer recognises he has read the general terms of business stated in this section, and that he explicitly accepts their validity.
